PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an operation structure capable of easily performing selecting operation of the shift stage number by setting the shift stage number in a main shift lever to the different stage number when switched to a super deceleration area from an overdrive area. SOLUTION: The shift stage number is set to 6 stages in a shift area of a main shift lever 30 in an overdrive state, and when switched to a super deceleration state by a switching transmission operation tool, the shift stage number is set to 12 stages in the shift area of the main shift lever 30 in the super deceleration state to easily perform selecting operation to a shift position at high speed travel time when moving in a paddy field.
