PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer which is light-weight, of sufficient structural strength, high durability, low material and working cost, and high working efficiency. SOLUTION: The member for constituting the spacer 10 comprises a fiber reinforced hollow structural body A comprising three layers of a central core A2, having a hollow part A1 made of thermoplastic resin, an intermediate layer A4 covering the outside of the central core A2 and formed by bonding a reinforced fiber A3 with thermosetting resin, and an outer layer A5 made of thermoplastic resin covering the intermediate layer A4.
