PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge with spring which has a simple structure and can be easily assembled and disassembled in a hinge with spring for spectacles having a slender first cavity part for housing a spring member and latches, which latches receive pressing force by a spring member and includes a locking member which engaged with a second cavity part at a locking position for locking, and to provide a simple disassembly method for the hinge with spring. SOLUTION: The hinge with spring has a force action 51 in the position where the latches 25 and 25' are apart from the locking member 37 for an operating means 63 which makes detaching force act on the latches 25 and 25' through the end face of the first cavity part 21 in order to displace the locking member 37 to the detaching position.
