PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supplying device, which (1) can improve durability and can be made to produce extremely low operating sounds by preventing the occurrence of delays in top-tape winding operations, (2) can improve reliability of top-tape peeling and winding operations by preventing a peeled top tape from being drawn in under a shutter and electronic component from flying out, and (3) can improve the workability at the time of fixing the peeled top tape to a take-up reel. SOLUTION: A component supplying device is provided with a take-up reel 18 having a first one-way clutch, a take-up gear 17 having a spindle incorporated with a second one-way clutch, and a drive force transmitting section E, which moves the gear 17 along the outer periphery of the reel 18. In addition, a slit 43 through which a top tape is drawn out upward is formed, in such a way that the slit 43 becomes narrow on a taping parts housing section and broad on both end sides of the top tape in the width wise direction of the tape. Moreover, a locking click 53, having an edge section which can cut the top tape, is installed to the take-up reel 18. |
