PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector for bottles for exactly and speedily selecting a desired bottle. SOLUTION: A bottle 1 is photographed by a CCD camera, a bottle type is identified from a distance Δx from a center G of the image (center of gravity) to a point A on the bottom o f the bottle, further, a reference point B0 is set to the prescribed point on the bottom of the bottle, and whether it is the desired bottle or not is judged from the relative positions of prescribed points B1-B6 on a contour with this reference position as an origin. |
