PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate laying work of an extra cable by inserting a rod for laying a pulling rope easily and surely into a pipe previously laid with a cable even when the pipe is bent. SOLUTION: The cable laying apparatus 4 comprises an apparatus body part 48 extending forward from the forward end of a rod 3, and a first wheel 44 rolling along the outer circumferential surface of a cable 5 previously laid in the pipe 1. Front and rear members 41, 42 at the body part are fixed to a coupling member 43 rotatably about rolling axes Y1, Y2 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the rod thus providing bends 4a, 4b at apparatus the body part. |
