IRREVERSIBLE CIRCUIT ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized irreversible circuit element with excellent electric performance and high performance and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The irreversible circuit element is provided with a magnetic rotor having electrode lines that are imbedded in a magnetic body in an insulated state with each other and with a permanent magnet that applies a DC magnetic field to the magnetic rotor. The electrode lines are formed on nearly the same plane and has parts in crossing with each other in the direction of application of the DC magnetic field and areas of the crossing parts bounded by the electrode lines are made of a nonmagnetic insulator or an insulator whose saturation magnetic flux density is smaller than that of the magnetic body or the magnetic body.
