PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical fiber wiring sheet which facilitates collection of optical signals and branch wiring. SOLUTION: This optical fiber wiring sheet is provided with a flexible optical fiber sheet 4, where plural optical fibers 1 are wired and fixed between at least two flexible plastic films 2 and 2, and single-fiber connectors 6a are connected to one terminals of plural optical fibers 1, and multifiber connectors 5a and 5a which collectively connect several optical fibers are connected to the other terminals.
