摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an arranging area for a heater in a conveying passage to make a device body compact by using a ceramic heater of high thermal conductivity comprising aluminum nitride and the like, to reduce also a cost and a failure rate of the device body, and to enhance maintainability for the whole facility. SOLUTION: In this classifier, the ceramic heater 14 using aluminum nitride as a material is used as the heater for heating an electronic component 20. Since the heater 14 comprising aluminum nitride as the material has the very high thermal conductivity, the heater arranging area is shortened in the conveying passage for the component 20 to shorten the whole conveying passage. The whole device is made compact thereby, and the number of the part items constituting the device body is reduced in accompaniment to the miniturization to attain an effect of the cost-reduction (-down) and the reduction in the failure rate.
