PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunity measurement reagent for measuring hepatitis B virus with high sensitivity from the initial stage of infection. SOLUTION: The immunity measurement reagent for detecting a hepatitis B virus is composed of an antibody (solid-phase antibody) that is combined with or was combined with an insoluble carrier, and an antibody (labeled antibody) that is combined with or was combined with a labeled substance. And, the solid-phase antibody and the labeled antibody are at least one type of antibody being selected from antibodies for a pre S1 region, a pre S2 region and/or S region of a hepatitis B virus surface antigen excluding a case where the solid-phase antibody and the labeled antibody are one type of same antibody being selected from the above).
