PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter for vehicle in which a ring-shaped light emitting body in the periphery of a display part such as the dial of a cowl board or the like interlocks with a change of vehicle information thereby emitting light. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped EL panel 10d is set to the periphery of a dial 10a of a cowl board 10. The El panel 10d emits green light when a rotational frequency of an engine is not larger than an acceptable upper limit, and emits orange eight when the rotational frequency exceeds the acceptable upper limit.
