PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight mat permitting no infiltration of rainwater via base cloth even if press-fitting failure is caused in a joining part between aluminum frame materials. SOLUTION: A watertight mat is formed by being dried after impregnating base cloth 3 with an elastomer solution including a water swelling agent.
