PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple image forming method and a simple image forming device which use ink as developer and by which high image quality is realized. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with an image carrier 1, latent image forming means 2 and 3 forming an internal latent charge image at the carrier 1 and a developing means 4 developing the internal latent charge image by making the ink electrostatically fly to the internal latent charge image.
