PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition delay corrugated conduit tube having superior mechanical strength and flexibility, good ignition delay ability and no possibility of emitting a harmful gas at burning. SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. of high-density polyethylene is incorporated with 1-50 pts.wt. of a phosphorus based compound such as red phosphorus as an ignition delaying agent, to form a conduit tube 1 made of a resin composition having a tensile strength of 2.3-3.5 kg/mm2, an elongation of 500-800%, a melt flow rate (at 190 deg.C for 10 minutes) of 0.05-1.0, and an oxygen index of 18-22. |
