<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engaging device for an air conditioner, which is reduced in the number of parts, low in costs for material and labor, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, safe and excellent in the workability of installation. SOLUTION: An engaging device 3 for an air conditioner is provided with a slit 4 at the central part of the same and the slit is communicated with an outer peripheral part 7 of the device by a notch 5 having a size larger than the diameter of a hanging bolt 9 while the device is provided with an engaging member 11 provided with a nut receiving part for receiving a nut 10, through which the device is fixed. The main body of the air conditioner is formed integrally and a superposed folded surface 2 is formed on the side surface of the main body for retaining the engaging device while the engaging device is constituted so as to be fixed to the superposed folded surface 2.</p> |
