PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor which can obtain nearly an equivalent image with a few frequency division number. SOLUTION: This processor is equipped with an image input means, which has a Bayer array as its pixel array and includes photoelectric conversion unit areas, having a 1st spectral sensitivity characteristic among plural spectral sensitivity characteristics by a multiple of the number of photoelectric conversion unit areas having other spectral sensitivity characteristics, i.e., 2nd and succeeding characteristics and a frequency decomposing means which decomposes a signal from a specific area of this image input means by the frequency components, and the decomposition number of this frequency decomposing means is determined according to the ratio of the number of the photoelectric conversion unit areas, having the 1st spectral sensitivity characteristics and the number of the photoelectric conversion unit areas, having other 2nd and succeeding spectral sensitivity characteristics. |
