MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTROPHTOGRAPHIC ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrophotographic roller by which a uniform covering layer is formed without any defects in appearance. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the roller, a horizontally supported roller-like elastic body 5 and a transfer roller 11 are rotated in the same direction at a prescribed speed (a) and the elastic body 5 is pressed to the roller 11 (c) and rotated for a prescribed time while uniformizing the film thickness of coating liquid on the roller 11 (b) first. After the elastic body 5 is drawn out from the roller 1, a coating film is dried and the coating liquid is applied by spraying on the outer surface of the coating film for a prescribed time by a spray coating device. Thus, the coating layer is formed.
