PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure cylinder with a positioner, capable of making compact and accurately controlling. SOLUTION: One end of a slide plate 16 is fixed to a rod 13. A projection 17, acting as a cam part, is formed on the top surface of the slide plate 16. The projection 17 is extended so as to form a prescribed angle to the reciprocating direction of the rod 13. Rollers 18 are formed on the bottom surfaces of both side parts at the other end of the slide plate 16. Guide parts 19 are formed in the portions, corresponding to the rollers 18 on the both sides of a cylinder body 12. The guide parts 19 are part of a component for constituting the cylinder body 12 and are extended in parallel to the reciprocating direction of the rod 13. A rotating lever 22 rotatable on an axis part 21 is fixed to the bottom surface of a positioner 14. A follower pin 23 is formed on the bottom surface at the free end of the rotating lever 22.
