PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that a driver often operates with a single hand on the steering wheel in a conventional manner while using a portable telephone (including PHS and automobile telephone), making and receiving a telephone call during driving a car and the driver also has to make once stop when the driver travels through the gate of a toll road (including freeway). SOLUTION: This portable telephone transmitter is used, making a telephone call and receiving a telephone call can be performed hand-free, safe driving is brought about, and smooth traffic can also be performed by releasing congestion on a toll road (including PHS and automobile telephone).
