PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transferring device using plural files under the consideration of any failure or load distribution. SOLUTION: A load situation detecting means 130 detects the load situation of a plurality of files 301, 302, and 303, respectively, and stores the detected result is a load information storage table 210. A transmitting means 110 stores data from a transmitting job 400 in one of the plurality of files under the consideration of the storage contents of the load information storage table 210, and allows a transmission data control table 220 to store control information being information related with the storage place of the data. Then, a receiving means 120 obtains the data by referring to the control information stored in the transmission data control table 220. Thus, inter-job data transfer under the consideration of the load situation of each of the plural files can be attained.
