BASE STATION DEVICE, COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore a transmission power to an ideal value after restart of transmission even when the transmission is stopped for a while. SOLUTION: When transmission having been stopped is restarted, the transmission power of an outgoing channel just before the restoration is estimated in order to approach the transmission power of a first slot to an ideal transmission power and a transmission power command is transmitted by using an incoming line signal of one preceding slot. Thus, the converging speed of transmission power control is improved to enhance the signal quality of a user or interference power to other user than the user is reduced.
