PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of suppressing an original from being damaged and efficiently conducting copying operation. SOLUTION: In the case that jamming occurs in recording paper on the way of reading of an original carried by a paper feed roller 63 from an original placing section 61 onto a 2nd contact glass plate 52 and recording of an image generating section 44 is interrupted, the carrying by the paper feed roller 63 is interrupted at the original only that is read. When jamming is restored and the recording of the image forming section 44 is restarted, the original image stored in a storage section, to be recorded on the recording paper in which jamming has taken place, and the original image in a reading operation on the occurrence of jamming is read and recorded on the recording paper, and originals remaining in the original placing section 61 are sequentially carried onto the 2nd contact glass 52. |
