PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a problem that a configuration for new article detection and attachment/detachment detection of a fixing device is complicated and is erroneously operated. SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with an image forming device main body 11, a fixing device 12 arranged freely attachably to and detachably from the main body, a temperature fuse 13 which is set in the fixing device and blown at a normal temperature of the fixing device when it is operated, a resistance 14 arranged in parallel with the fuse and a means 19 which is arranged in the image forming device main body and detects the disconnection of the fuse and detects that the fixing device is exchanged with the new one and also that the device is attached/detached to/from the main body. |
