摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch piston mechanism to further reduce weight compared with that of a conventional type as demand performance, such as a long life and maintenance-free, for this kind of a mechanism is satisfied. SOLUTION: An end face part 11a of a flange part 11 formed in a state to protrude from the periphery of a clutch piston 1 to press a clutch plate 8a is formed in a manner to make contact with and press a clutch plate 8a in the region containing at least its innermost peripheral portion. This constitution stabilizes a stress, exerting on the clutch piston 1 during press operation of the clutch plate 8a, on the lower side and reduces the thickness and the weight of the clutch piston 1.</p>
