<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger which can detect the clogging of a blast path arranged in a battery. SOLUTION: This charger continues the rotation of a blast motor 44 after completion of charging, too. The charger retrieves the planned cooling temperature (S38), and when the measured battery temperature is higher by a specified temperature or over than the planned cooling temperature (S40: Yes), it lights up an LED lamp 39, indicates the clogging of the blast path 52 of the battery pack 50 (S42), and writes abnormality in the EEPROM 58 of a battery pack (S44).</p> |
