PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can safely perform transactions even about 'intangible' such as a proposal and an idea on a network. SOLUTION: In a step S4-1, a member is urged to input the signature data of the member when the member tries to browse a dedicated member WEB page. The member inputs the signature data by using a handwriting data input pad 16. The inputted signature data are supplied to a management server 10 from a terminal 14 through the Internet. In a step S4-2, the server 10 compares the signature data with preliminarily registered signature data to check whether or not to be the person concerned. In a step S4-3, when the member is the person concerned as a result of the checking, the member is allowed to browse the dedicated member WEB page. In the steps 4-3, when the member is not conversely decided as the person concerned, the member is refused to browse the dedicated member WEB page (step S4-4). It is possible to effectively prevent a malicious third person from pretending to be anther person and collecting ideas because the member is made sure to be the person concerned by using the signature data in this way. |
