PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide motive power transfer equipment of high efficiency which interposes an electric rotating machine between an engine and a transmission, starts the engine, assists the torque, and regenerates kinetic energy of a vehicle in the case of vehicle braking. SOLUTION: This transfer equipment is provided with a stator 210 which is fixed to a housing 201 and has multiphase windings 2121, 2122, a first rotor 220 accommodated inside the stator 210, and a second rotor 230 arranged outside the stator 210. The first rotor 220 and the second rotor 230 perform mutually electromagnetic action to the stator 210. The first rotor 220 is linked with a crankshaft 101 of an engine 100, and linked with the second rotor 230 via a one-way clutch 240 through which torque is transmitted from the first rotor 220 to the second rotor 230. The second rotor 230 is connected with a transmission 300 via a clutch 250 or a torque converter having lockup function. |
