PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate monitoring operation by an operator and to find abnormal states at an early stage. SOLUTION: This monitor system has 2 or more sensor terminals equipped with a monitor camera, various sensors, a priority calculating device which receives the image signal from the monitor camera and output signals from the sensors and calculates a priority level, and a transmission device which is coupled with a communication network and compares the priority level of a signal transmitted through the communication network with the internally calculated priority level and sends its internal signal by interrupting the communication network, when the priority level calculated inside is higher, are installed at different points.
