PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog converter device that employs a simple repetitive configuration of digital/analog converter units each adopting the same configuration and can realize an excellent differential linearity with a comparatively small space factor. SOLUTION: The digital/analog converter device has a decoder 100 that decodes a digital signal in (M+N) bits into 2M sets of N-bit digital signals and also has N-bit digital/analog converter units (resistor ladder circuits) 11, 12 adopting entirely the same configuration each consisting of 2M sets of components that respectively convert 2M sets of the N-bit digital signals into an analog signal and whose analog signal outputs are connected in parallel.
