PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot plate device which is excellent in uniformity of temperature distribution on the heating surface and has a low cost and low power consumption. SOLUTION: This hot plate device is characterized that it comprises a heating member 20 having a heating surface 1a to heat an object to be heated, a exothermic member 2 installed on the heating member 20, and at least one reflector plate 12-14 which reflects hot rays to the side face 20a vertical to the above heating surface 1a of the heating member 20.
