PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a connection block is required in the connection of recording data to be added when adding data to a disk and the recording capacity of a disk has not effectively used before with data quantity used by the connection block. SOLUTION: When adding recording data in a disk in a packet unit a position connected to the terminal of recorded recording data which is previously recorded in the disk is detected as the recording start position of the disk and recording data recorded in the disk is generated in synchronizing with recorded data. When the recording start position of the disk is detected, the addition of recording data is started from the recording start position. Thus, recording data can be added in the packet unit without installing the splice of the connection block in the connection part of recorded data to be added.
