PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the influence of radiation under which a memory in a small hardware scale is operated. SOLUTION: At first, 32 bit data are divided so as to be stored in 8 bit memory chips 13-1-13-4 by each 8 bit, and 24 bit error correction bits are divided so as to be stored in 8 bit memory chips 16-1-16-3, and each first bit of the memory chips 13-1-13-4 and 16-1-16-3 is distributed to an error correcting part 15-1, and each second bit is distributed to an error correcting part 15-2, and each bit is distributed to 8 error correcting parts 15-1-15-8, and the input 4 bit data are one bit error corrected by input 3 bit error correction bits by each correcting part and outputted.
