SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a first storage means 1 for storing scheduling information and a second storage means 2 for storing an instruction sequence. In this case, any hazard resource competition due to data dependency can be prevented as much as possible. Thus, the number of instructions necessary for preventing any data hazard or resource competition can be reduced, and the use amount of a memory can be reduced.
