PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information output system capable of generating a converting means in conformity with the output control system of an informa tion output device even when the output control systems of the information output devices to be connected are different. SOLUTION: Output control system information from a printer 113 is received by a host computer 100, a driver to convert image information into code data according to the output control system of the printer 113 is generated on the basis of the output control system information and stored in a driver storage part 104 by a driver converting part 103. Further, the stored code data converted according to the output control system are outputted to the printer 113, bit image data are generated by the printer 113 and outputted to a sheet of paper b a printer engine 112.
