PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method enabling safe and efficient work to be performed by using a simple device when the fixing force for various anchor materials such as a lock bolt and a ground anchor is measured at a work site. SOLUTION: A wholly threaded lock bolt 1 is fixed as an anchor material in a bored hole H by means of a fixing filler 2 with one end thereof projecting outward. When the fixing force of the bolt 1 is measured, an inside bearing plate 4, an annular load cell 3, and an outside bearing plate 5 are fitted in order on the projection part of the bolt 1, and a nut 6 with one end formed into a convex-spherical surface 6a is threadably fitted thereon. When the nut 6 is fastened, the load cell 3 is squeezed between the nut 6 and the ground G. When the load cell 3 has been squeezed until a load indication means 3d provided for the load cell 3 indicates a specified design load, it can be judged that there is no problem with the fixing force if cracks, etc., do not occur in the filler 2 and if the fixed state of the bolt 1 is not changed.
