PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean booth which can be installed in a space other than a clean area within an existing factory facility, without limited by install environment or place while simplicity in construction which is the merit of clean booth is maintained with the same function as the clean room. SOLUTION: A clean booth 1 is provided where a booth is constructed on an existing floor 2 to form a clean chamber 5. Here, a baseboard 3 which is so set on the floor surface 2 as to assure air-tightness is provided with an air-intake opening 10, and a return air channel 11 for returning the air sucked from the air-intake opening 10 to a chamber space 8 at a ceiling part is formed at the baseboard 3 and pillars 4 provided at least at four corners of the clean chamber 5 or inside a peripheral wall 6 forming the clean chamber 5. The return air is blown out into the clean chamber 5 by a blower 12 set in the chamber space 8 at the ceiling part through a high-performance filter 13 while the ceiling space 8 is provided with an outside-air-intake opening 15 which comprises a middle-performance filter 6.
