PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the transmission efficiency of provided information is lowered, and when the provided information is transmitted from a transmitter side to a receiver side, the information is not synchronized even when only one bit of error due to inversion exists in a synchronizing signal. SOLUTION: The transmitter side embeds and transmits recording limit information for limiting the recording of the provided information in the provided information. The receiver side receives the provided information, and takes out the recording limit information from the provided information synchronously with the recording limit information embedded in the provided information as synchronizing information to limit the recording for a recording means of the provided information based on the taken out recording limit information. Thus the synchronizing signal is detected surely without lowering the transmission efficiency of the provided information.
