PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame retardant resin-covered conductor having further improved reliability and safety in high-temperature environment or at fire. SOLUTION: The non-halogen flame retardant resin-covered conductor 10 comprising a polyolefin-based resin composition containing a flame retardant, as a sheath and/or an insulating layer, has a heat insulating layer 7 provided on the surface of a sheath 6 and/or an insulating layer 2 covered with an acrylic resin emulsion composition containing an inorganic foam. The flame retardant agent preferably at least one flame retardant selected from magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, zirconium hydroxide, antimony oxide, metabarium borate and tin oxide, and the inorganic foam is preferably at least one inorganic foam selected from glass balloon, shirasu balloon and silica/alumina hollow body. |
