<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information operation system for home page where transmitting an electronic mail to a prescribed address can update a prescribed home page to allow the home page to make report to customers and to open information to the public. SOLUTION: The home page information operation system has a mail client that receives a mail from an electronic mail server in the Internet, a function of applying html processing to a text received from the mail client, a function that specifies a home page file to be controlled among home page files in a WWW server of a system in which this system is in operation, a function of operating the home page file, and a function of controlling access to the home page file. Transmitting an electronic mail addressed to the mail client from the outside of this system can add contents of the electronic mail to the home page file designated in the electronic mail.</p> |
