PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic turning gear easy to assemble, high in dimensional precision and to improve rotating efficiency. SOLUTION: A hydraulic turning gear in structure to rotate an output rotation axis 18 to which a brush 9 is connected through reduction gears 18a, 19, 20 by rotating a hydraulic turbine 5 by using hydraulic pressure is constituted by fastening a plural number of axis members 14, 15, 16 to respectively support a plural number of the reduction gears 19, 20 and the output rotation axis 18 on one inner member 6.
