PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection table which can be produced in a short time and with no setting unit required when a meter terminal is added. SOLUTION: An additional meter terminal, e.g. a microcomputer meter terminal 7 having a communication function performs its test calling. An integrated transmission device 4 reads a fact that the telegraphic message sent from the terminal 7 shows the test calling, recognizes the identification code of the terminal 7 included in the message to store the terminal 7 and additionally registers the information showing the correspondence between the identification code and the terminal number to a connection table.
