SOLUTION: In an organic eletroluminescence element comprising at least an organic light-emitting layer and/or an organic electron-transport layer between a pair of electrodes, it characterizes that the organic light-emitting-layer and/or the organic electron-transport layer used at least a kind of compound expressed by the following general formula 1 (In the formula, at least one of R1, R2 and R3 expresses an electron-donor substituent other than a hydrogen atom, and at least one of R4, R5 and R6 expresses an electron-attractive substituent other than a hydrogen atom.
