PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixation structure by which the cover of a rotation detector is fixed in a short time by welding one place by welding the top face of a protrusion part formed on an under cover to the rear of an upper cover. SOLUTION: This fixation structure for the cover of a rotation detector by this invention is constituted in such a way that the fixation structure is provided with a protrusion part 21 which is arranged and installed so as to pass an opening hole 22 in an insulating cap 1 formed so as to protrude integrally with an under cover 6 and that the top face 21a of the protrusion part 21 is coupled integrally to the rear 5a of an upper cover 5 by welding one place.
