PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display module with an inexpensive and highly reliable back-light, which is thin (small), light, compact, and more economical part cost is enough for it. SOLUTION: A flexible circuit board 21 is a single-sided wiring board, and a driving terminal part 12 of an LCD panel 11 is connected with one face side A and also a driving IC chip 13 is flip-chip-mounted thereon. The other face B of the flexible circuit board 21 is opposed to the back side of the liquid crystal panel 11, and a light guiding plate 31 is stuck between the counter-faces. A reflector film 41 under the light transmission plate 31 reflects the light of a light emitting diode(LED) 51 guided by the light guiding plate 31. The flexible circuit board is arranged in a prescribed location adjacent to the light guiding plate 31 in a bent form of this flexible circuit board 21 so that the other faces of the board 21 are opposed to each other.
