PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser element, a semiconductor laser module and a fiber module whose output is high and reliability is excellent for a long term. SOLUTION: In this semiconductor laser element, a semiconductor laser chip constituted of a semiconductor substrate and a compound semiconductor layer formed on the substrate is fixed by using junction down on a surface of a base substrate composed of CuW. An electric insulation part and a transit part constituted of a conducting part which is insulated from the base substrate by the electric insulation part are arranged on the surface of the base substrate. As a result, a part between the substrate of the semiconductor laser chip and the conducting part is electrically connected.
