PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the distortion of the reflection surface of a mirror by a stress caused by the hardening of an adhesive and the distortion of the mirror by a stress caused by the difference of thermal expansion characteristic between the mirror and a mirror holding member in the case of attaching the mirror and the mirror holding member of an optical axis correcting device. SOLUTION: By using a mirror part 12 integrally constituting the reflection surfaces 12a and 12b of the mirror and a connection part 12c connected with a supporting member, the adhesive is not used, so that the distortion of the mirror caused by the hardening of the adhesive is eliminated. Since the mirror and the holding member are integrally formed of the same material, the distortion of the mirror caused by the difference of the thermal expansion is eliminated. |
