PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional matched filter has a large circuit scale and high power consumption. SOLUTION: The matched filter is provided with bit inverters 107-112 that invert a prescribed chip in a received signal corresponding to a spread code C, a correction constant 120 that provides a constant corresponding to number of inverted chips by the bit inverters 107-112, and adders 113-119 that sum outputs of the bit inverters 107-112 and the correction constant 120, and the adder 119 produces a filter output signal.
