SOLUTION: A financial institution system 2 accepts a payment request from communication equipment 1 such as a telephone set 11, a portable telephone 12, a personal computer 13, an ATM 14 or a window terminal 15 and it is inquired through a network to a paying server 4 whether the payment request is proper or not. When the inquired result is proper, the contents of payment are presented to a payer, a paying instruction is accepted and the amount to be paid from the payer to the payment recipient is secured in a prescribed account. Then, the money to be paid is remitted through a prescribed account settling network to the financial institution system 2 managing the account of the payment recipient. |
