PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where heat radiation in a fin positioned at the end part of the heat sink cannot be expected, even if the size of the heat sink is increased, and the heat radiation efficiency of a heat sink is decreased, when each distance from a heat source to a plurality of fins in the heat sink differs greatly. SOLUTION: This heat sink is composed of a base part for mounting a semiconductor element, and a plurality of fins which nearly extend radially from the base part. |
