PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To revise temperature deviation of temperature detectors of a heater at the time of moisture absorption, and to conduct precise temperature control even in the beginning of using the heater and in the case electricity is turned on after a longtime unused condition. SOLUTION: In this temperature control device of an electric heater, a heater 2 having the first temperature detector 8 and a relay 6 which controls electricity flow of the heater 2 are connected in series with a commercial power source 1, a temperature detection circuit 4 is connected to the first temperature detector 8 of the heater 2, this temperature detection circuit 4 and a temperature setting circuit 6 are connected to a microcomputer 7, a relay drive circuit 10 is connected to the output of the microcomputer 7, and by on and off of the relay 6 driven by the relay drive circuit 10, temperature control of main body 11 is conducted. In this temperature control device, the second temperature detector 13 which detects temperature indirectly is provide in a part of the above heater 2.
